Wash the peeled potatoes and boil them in salted water until semi cooked. Drain and leave them to cool.
Cut the ham into thin slices, as many as there are potatoes. Put a potato in each ham slice, sprinkle with chopped dill, black pepper and salt.
Roll them up and arrange in a buttered tray. Roast in a preheated oven. Pour the eggs beaten with the cream over them. Finish baking and serve immediately.
