How to cook
Heat a grill. Combine the spices in the cream and mayo. Put them to heat but be careful for them not to come to a boil.
Cut the pitas diagonally and toast them on the grill. Put a piece of ham on the grilled pitas, then put them back on the grill to heat.
For the eggs: Put a little vinegar in boiling water. Slowly add the eggs to the boiling water, leave them for 3 min., then take them out with a slotted spoon and strain well. Put a boiled egg on each warm pita with ham.
