Beat the butter with the egg yolk and milk, add the flour and knead a dough.

Lay it out in a suitable tray and make a 1" tall border. Poke it with a fork in several places and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar.

Cut the washed pears into thin slices and arrange them in concentric circles on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake the cake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 20 min.

Take it out, sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp sugar and bake another 20-25 min. at 356°F (180 °C). You can garnish the cooled cake with whipped cream.find similar recipes here
