How to cook
Beat the egg with the sugar, then add the yoghurt. While stirring nonstop, add the melted butter.
To the mixture, add the peeled and coarsely grated apples and stir everything. Using a spoon, distribute the mixture into muffin forms.
Bake the muffins in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 20-30 min.
