Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom of a suitable form and put it in the fridge. Mix the mashed cottage cheese with the cream until you get a smooth mass.
Beat the eggs in a separate container. Add the sugar and butter. Stir the resulting mixture with the first mixture, while also adding the starch, vanilla and lemon juice.
Beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture over the layer and bake for about 60 min. at 338°F (170 °C). Leave the cooled cheesecake in the fridge overnight.
