Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • raisins - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vanilla sugar - 1 packet
  • salt - 1 pinch

Preparation

Melt the butter, pour it into a bowl and to it add the powdered sugar and eggs while stirring. Use a mixer to make it easier.

Add the flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla sugar and washed raisins.

Butter and flour an oven dish and pour the mixture into it, filling up 3/4 of its volume.

Bake for 30-40 min. at 356°F (180 °C)
