How to cook
Beat the butter with 1/2 cup sugar and add the liquid cream while stirring nonstop. Pour in the coarsely ground cornflakes and stir well. Lay out the mixture along the bottom of a buttered form with removable sides and put it in the fridge to harden.
Beat the mascarpone with 1 cup sugar until you get a smooth cream and add the sour cream, yoghurt and vanilla, while stirring nonstop. Stir with a stirrer until homogenized and pour 2/3 of the mixture onto the layer in the form.
Arrange half the fruits on top. Distribute the oats or muesli over them, put the raisins, the remaining 1/3 cream and arrange fruits again, sprinkle with the remaining cornflakes or make a decoration as desired. Put the form in the fridge for several hours, best if overnight.
Then carefully release it from the form and serve, cut into slices.
