Chocolate ganache is perfect as a glaze for cakes, layer cakes and is very easy to make. Pour the cream into a dry container and heat it on a medium stove.
Add the crumbled chocolate, take it off the stove and leave it for 1 min. without stirring. Then stir with a wooden spoon until completely dissolved.
Add the butter and stir until completely dissolved. If you intend to use the ganache as a cake glaze, you shouldn't wait for it to cool completely - pour into the center of the cake while it's still slightly warm and liquid.
The chocolate ganache spreads along the surface of the cake by itself. You can, however, tilt the cake left and right if necessary. After applying the chocolate glaze, put the cake in a fridge and serve the next day.
