How to cook
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces (to the desired size and shape). Sprinkle with the spice mix, pour on half of the milk and soy sauce and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Crumble the cornflakes by hand into very tiny pieces. Roll the pieces of chicken fillet in flour, dip them in the remaining milk and then roll them in the cornflakes, pressing into them well.
Arrange the pieces onto baking paper and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 20-30 min.
