How to cook
Mix up a soft dough from the ingredients. You can add feta cheese to it if you like but they turn out really tasty even without it.
Heat enough oil in a deep container on the stove.
Scoop from the dough with a spoon and put it to fry in the oil.
These mini fritters are super quick to make and the perfect breakfast for the weekend.
