Greek-Style Chicken Legs
- chicken legs - 2
- potatoes - 26.5 oz (750 g)
- peppers - 3 red
- onions - 1 head, large
- garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
- tomatoes - 2
- olives - 1/3 cup (90 g), black
- feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), or other soft cheese
- paprika - 1 tsp
- black pepper
- salt - to taste
Peel the potatoes and boil them for 5 min. in salted water. Put the chicken legs in a bowl, to them add the chopped into strips peppers, the onions chopped into crescents and the coarsely chopped garlic.
Next, add the semi-boiled potatoes, sprinkle with the spices and a little olive oil. Stir well.
Arrange the chicken legs and vegetables in a buttered oven dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, cover with foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until ready.
Take the oven dish out, remove the foil, arrange slices of tomatoes and olives. Return to the stove for another 10-15 min. to finish baking.
Take it out and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
