How to cook
Season the ribs whole, without cutting them into pieces. With your hands, rub oil, salt, savory, paprika, black pepper and a little cayenne pepper into them.
Put them in a suitable tray and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 25 min. Then raise the temperature to 410°F (210 °C) for another 10 min. or until ready.
Once they're ready, take them out onto a plate and use a spoon to scoop from the resulting broth and pour it on them. Serve with a suitable garnish.
