Spicy Pig's Ears with Soy Sauce
- pig ears - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- soy sauce - 3 - 4 tbsp
- oil - 3 tbsp
- spice mix - for BBQ and grilling
- black pepper
Clean the pig ears and boil them in an airtight pot until they soften. Using scissors, cut them into thin strips.
Pour the soy sauce over them and braise them in the oil until they brown.
Before removing them from the heat, season them with the spice mix and black pepper. Serve with lemon.
If needed, season with salt (although the spice mix and soy sauce should be enough).
