How to cook
Mix the golden syrup (honey) with the milk and stir until the syrup melts. Add the chia seeds, stir well and leave the pudding for about 10 min. for it to begin to gel and swell.
In the meantime, cut the pre-washed strawberries (set aside 2-3) into small pieces and blend them in a blender.
Distribute the strawberry puree into dessert cups or bowls, pour the milk mixture with the chia on top.
Leave them in the fridge for 7-8 hours.
Decorate with slices of the set aside strawberries.
