Cut the chicken fillet into strips very carefully (it's best if the meat is in a half-frozen state).
Put the strips in a marinade made from the soy sauce, salt and powdered garlic for 20 min.
Roll each strip in flour, then dip it in the eggs that have been beaten with 2-3 tbsp water and finally roll them in the mixture made from the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and powdered mashed potatoes.
Fry in preheated oil. Drain the chicken strips from the oil and arrange them in a suitable plate.
Garnish with a garlic sauce that's made as follows: Beat the yoghurt and mayonnaise, add the pressed garlic and finely chopped dill.
Decorate with parsley.
