How to cook
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water. On another stove, put the frozen mussels to boil for 10 min. - this way the products will be ready at the same time and won't dry up. Strain the spaghetti and mussels.
Pour olive oil in a deep pan and braise the mussels lightly. Add the finely chopped garlic and celery.
Stir and add the chopped cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper, stir and add the juice of 1 lemon.
Add the spaghetti to the mussels, stir carefully so that all aromas and flavors mix. Serve with lemon slices and fresh basil.
