  • meatballs - 10, raw
  • eggs - 5
  • oil - a little


Boil and peel the eggs. Mash the raw meatballs to get a large ball of mince.

Lay it out onto foil that you've smeared with oil beforehand.

Arrange the peeled eggs at one end of the mince, along its entire width. Wrap it into a roll and transfer it to a rectangular oven dish.

Smear the roll with a little oil and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven. Cut it into slices and serve with a salad of your choice.
