Pour in the oil and a little of the sifted dry ingredients into the mixture. Stir and add half of the hot water.
Stir again and add the rest of the dry ingredients and water. You have to get a homogeneous mixture.
Put it in a slightly oiled oven dish and bake for 338°F (170 °C) for 40 min.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cut the cake into slices and pour the melted chocolate over it.
