How to cook
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
Pour the olive oil in an oven dish and smear it, arrange the steaks, put some processed cheese in, season and place the mushrooms on top and around them.
Pour in the wine and cover with aluminum foil.
Put it in the oven at 356°F (180 °C) and saute for 50 min., then remove the foil, add pieces of smoked cheese on top of the steaks and put them in the oven again for another 15 min.
