Cut the pork ribs and season them well with salt, black pepper and savory.
Leave them to sit for 20 min. In the meantime heat the beer in a container on the stove and dissolve the broth cube in it.
Pour the mixture into an oven dish, arrange the ribs and put them to bake for 1 hour in a moderately heated oven.
Take the semi-cooked ribs out, smear them generously with this marinade using a brush. Pour the broth from the oven dish out, if there's any still left.
Put them back in the oven to bake for another 25 min., basting them with the marinade several times in that period.
