How to cook
Beat the eggs very thoroughly, add the powdered sugar to them. Add the yoghurt and remaining ingredients and stir well.
Lay out the bottom of an oven dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Bake until ready at 302°F (150 °C).
Take the cake out. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a water bath and pour it over the cake.
Sprinkle on the lemon zest and decorate with pieces of white chocolate.
