How to cook
Pour the jam into a casserole and heat it up on the stove. If it's too runny, stir on low heat until it thickens. Then pour it into a 8″ (20 cm) in diameter oven dish.
Pour the mixture on top of the jam and even it out. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 50 min, and check to see if it's ready with a toothpick.
Once it's ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can serve it with whipped cream and fragrant red wine.
