Knead a soft dough from the ingredients listed and leave it to rise.
Knead it again and divide it into 6 equal parts. Form each one into a ball.
Roll each ball out into a sheet, smear it well with oil. Place a second rolled out sheet on top. Cut this into triangles and wrap them up into scones.
Repeat this process for all of the dough.
Arrange them all next to each other in an oven dish and leave them to rise. Smear the now-formed loaf with an egg yolk and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 40-45 min.
