Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 5, deboned
  • parmesan - 2 oz (50 g)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • all purpose spice - for chicken
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4
  • oil - 3 tbsp

Preparation

Smear the chicken legs with soy sauce and put them in a suitable oven dish. Season them with salt and the spices for chicken.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them. Sprinkle with oil and pour on the white wine. Sprinkle with grated parmesan on top.
