  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g), beef
  • potatoes - 10 - 12, medium sized
  • peppers - 1
  • tomatoes - 1
  • oil - for sprinkling
  • salt
  • all purpose spice - for the mince and potatoes


Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Arrange them in an oven dish laid out with baking paper, sprinkle them with oil and spices, season with salt and bake until softened.

Add the all purpose spice to the mince and knead. Form meatballs.

Place a slice of potato, a meatball in the middle, a potato again and stick them together with a toothpick. Add a piece of pepper and tomato on top. Bake in a preheated oven until golden!find similar recipes here
