How to cook
Clean the chicken legs and arrange them in a suitable container. Season with salt, pour in the wine and olive oil and smear it with mustard.
Mash the garlic with its peels and and add it with the salvia leaves to the chicken legs. Let them marinate for several hours.
Bake the marinated chicken legs in a suitable container with a nonstick bottom until golden.
Serve on a bed of fries.
