How to cook
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Clean the peppers from their seeds and peel the carrots. Cut them into suitable slices too.
Heat the butter and add the potatoes. Fry until they soften. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until they soften and gain a brown crisp.
Season with salt and add the grated cheese. Stir nonstop for about 1 min. and remove the dish from the heat.
