How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in a little cool water. Pour on sugar and flour and let it activate. Pour the yeast into the sifted flour, break the eggs, add the oil and yoghurt.
Stir and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise and double in volume. Roll out the dough and cut it into squares. Put a piece of emmental in each square.
Roll them up and arrange the snacks in an oven dish with a nonstick bottom. Using a silicon brush, smear each snack with beaten yolk. Sprinkle with flax. Bake until golden.
