Appetizing Bagels with Lukanka Salami

  • dough - 17.5 oz (500 g), ready - made
  • salami - 7 - 8 slices, lukanka
  • oil - for spreading
  • eggs - 1 yolk


Divide the dough into 4 balls. Make a strip out of each ball, while also dipping your hands in oil. You're going to need 2 of these strips to make 1 bagel.

Cut the round slices of salami down the middle. Arrange pieces of salami on top of one of the strips of dough. Place the second strip on top and twist them.

Form it into a bagel and put it in an oven dish that you've laid out with baking paper and smeared with oil. Do the same with the rest of the dough, to form a second bagel.

Smear with a beaten egg yolk on top. Bake in a preheated oven until golden. Sprinkle the ready bagels with water and wrap them with a towel in order to soften.find similar recipes here
