How to cook
Wash the cabbage and cut it into strips. Season with salt and mash it with your hands so it softens.
Put it in a suitable cooking container. Pour in the oil and 1 cup of water (if you need more water during cooking, add some).
Chop the carrot and peeled tomatoes. Add them to the cabbage. Add the paprika, cover with a lid and boil on low heat.
You can cook it in a pressure cooker or multicooker. Cook until the cabbage softens and the oil rises to the surface.
Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
