How to cook
Wash the rice until it turns clear. Saute the vegetables briefly in the oil. Braise the rice separately, as well, for 5-6 min., while stirring nonstop.
Add 2 cups of water to the rice (add more if needed) and the vegetable broth. Boil on low heat, stirring from time to time, until the rice softens.
Add the vegetables with the olive oil (when the liquid evaporates a bit). Stir and serve as a garnish or main course.
