How to cook
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Saute it in 3-4 tbsp oil. Add the mince and cook until it changes color. Let the stuffing cool.
Lay out the dough and roll it out into a crust. Cut it into strips. Smear each strip with homemade ketchup and put some of the stuffing on top.
Wrap into rolls and turn them with the stuffing facing up. Arrange them in an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Put a piece of mozzarella on top of each mini pizza.
Smear with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with oil. Optionally, you can place slices of tomatoes as well. Bake in a preheated oven. Garnish the cooked mini pizzas with basil leaves.
