How to cook
Clean and wash the fish. Salt them and leave them to sit for a few hours.
Rinse the fish with clean water and dry them.
Heat oil for frying in a suitable pan.
Pour the flour into a bowl, roll each piece of fish in it and fry in the oil until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Serve the hakes with a suitable salad or garnish and slices of lemon.
