  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg), without the bone
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • paprika


Cut the meat into pieces and put it in a pot, along with the salt, black and white pepper. Pour in a cup of water. Cover with a lid and leave on moderate heat to saute.

Add the washed and cleaned mushrooms and paprika. Once the water evaporates, the meat and mushrooms will begin to fry and you have to be careful to make sure they don't burn.

Toward the end of frying, add the finely chopped onions. Cover with a lid and leave the onions to saute along with the meat and mushrooms. Shake the pot several times, with the lid still on.
