Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 6 - 7
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt
  • soy sauce

Preparation

Wash and clean the chicken legs. Season them with salt and sprinkle with soy sauce.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Put them in an oven dish with an oiled bottom, sprinkle them with salt and arrange the chicken legs.

Pour in the rest of the oil. Bake until golden in a preheated oven.
