How to cook
Wash the oranges and parboil them in boiling water, without peeling them. Cut them into round slices, along with their peels, and put them to boil for about 2 min.
Pour the water out and repeat this process with new water - boil for 2 min. This gets rid of the bitter taste.
Sprinkle the orange slices with sugar, pour in water and boil on low heat for about 25 min. Take the boiled orange slices out of the syrup. Arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper and bake about 15-20 min. in a 302°F (150 °C) oven.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the oil. Dip each piece of fruit halfway in the chocolate and then in the ground walnuts. Serve in a suitable plate.
