"Take out the jar of raspberry or strawberry jam and make everyone at home happy with this juicy cream cake. Guaranteed to be delicious!"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • jam - raspberry
  • sauce - raspberry
  • jellybeans
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • liquid cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup

How to cook

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the 2 egg mixtures separately, add the sugar to them.

Combine the 2 mixtures, add the flour with the baking powder. Divide the mixture into 2 and bake layers in an oven dish with a nonstick coating.

Beat the liquid cream until fluffy. Add the sour cream, cottage cheese and powdered sugar. Beat to a smooth cream.

Smear the cake layers with cream, as well as a layer of raspberry jam and stack them.

Smear the entire cake with cream. Pour raspberry sauce on top and garnish with jellybeans.
