Wash and clean the dock. Cut it and saute it in the butter.
Let it cool and add the crumbed feta cheese, cottage cheese, break the eggs on top (while also setting aside 1 of the yolks for smearing).
Stir this filling, put 1 tbsp of it on each triangular phyllo pastry and roll it up into a cigar.
Smear with butter and the beaten yolk on top and bake until golden.
