Knead the mince. Add 2-3 tbsp of breadcrumbs, dissolved in a little water. Add the rosemary and knead the mince again.
Form small meatballs and leave them to take in the aroma.
Beat the egg. Roll each meatball in breadcrumbs, then dip them in the egg and in breadcrumbs again. Fry in heated oil.
Drain onto paper towels and garnish with cocktail sticks.
