How to cook
Put the kadaif in a suitable plate. Make a syrup from the sugar and 2 cups water. Leave the syrup to thicken a little.
Add the vanilla, lemon zest and butter. Let the syrup cool a little and pour it over the kadaif.
Once cooled, garnish it with the liquid cream that you've beaten to thick snow, as well as with pieces of strawberries and mint leaves.
