How to cook
Beat the yolks with a pinch of salt using a mixer. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating until you get a thick snow.
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and add it to the yolk mixture, along with the finely chopped walnuts.
Using a spoon, form meringues and arrange them in an oven dish that you've laid out with baking paper. Bake in a low oven until ready.
Wash and dry the strawberries. When serving, garnish the meringues with strawberries.
