Add the sugar to the eggs and beat. Pour in the milk and stir.
Put the sugar in a container on the stove and melt until you get a caramel.
Pour some caramel into the bottom of each cup. Also pour caramel in a thin trickle onto baking paper to make various shapes and a sugary "web".
Distribute the caramel mixture in the cups and bake in a water bath until it thickens and obtains a golden color.
Cool the prepared cream. Before serving, transfer it to a suitable container and decorate with the caramel shapes.
