How to cook
Lay out the puff pastry and roll it out a little with a rolling pin. Use a form to cut out 3 circles from it, the size of the form or dish you're going to be baking in.
Lay out said form with baking paper and bake the layers 1 by 1. Make the cream as directed on the packets.
Beat the confectionery cream to hard snow. Cool the layers and assemble the cake.
Cover the 1st and 2nd layer with cream, while also sprinkling with dried blueberries. Cover the final layer with the confectionery cream.
