  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • carrots - 1/4 of 1 carrot
  • green onions - 4 - 5 stalks
  • green garlic - 2 stalks
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for the pan

How to cook

Chop the carrot, garlic and onions very finely. Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl with a mixer, then remove the mixer, add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Heat a pan on medium heat, smear it with oil using a brush and pour a ladle of the mixture into it.

Once it crisps a bit, roll it from one end carefully (to the middle of the pan), smear the underside with oil, stick a spoon (flat slotted spoon) under the rolled up side and carefully pull it back.

Pour some mixture onto the end of the roll that sticks out, crisp and roll it up again, smear with oil, pull the underside out and pour more mixture on. Do this until you run out of mixture, then carefully take it out with 2 spoons and put it into a plate.
