Mix both types of flour together. Add the oats and sesame seeds.
Make a well in it - break the egg, add the yoghurt with the baking soda, salt and margarine.
Knead a dough (it's ready once it stops sticking to your hands).
Roll it out into thin sheets. Cut out rectangles or circles using cookie cutters.
Bake in an oven dish that you've laid out with baking paper in a preheated oven.
