Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 5
  • carrots - 2
  • spices - mix, for the mince
  • basil - 1 tsp, dry
  • oil - for smearing
  • cheese - 1 cup, grated

How to cook

Knead the mince with the spices. Add 1 egg and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Boil the other 4 eggs for about 12 min. Let them cool and peel them. Put the cleaned carrots in boiling water and boil them briefly until they soften.

Spread the mince out onto foil. Arrange the eggs and chopped into pieces carrots on top.

Roll it up into a roll. Carefully transfer the roll to a heated oven dish that you've oiled. Bake.

Before it's ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Cut the now ready roll into pieces and serve with a suitable salad.
