Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut off their tops and carefully carve out their insides with a spoon.
Saute the cleaned and chopped mushrooms briefly and salt them.
Pour 1 tsp olive oil in each tomato, then bake them for 7 min. in a preheated oven.
Salt the baked tomatoes and stuff them with the mushrooms, while also adding a little boiled egg, olives and 1 tsp tomato pesto into each. Finish off with a piece of feta cheese and put them back in the highly heated oven for 15 min. to finish baking.
