Peel the pumpkin and boil it until softened. Add the honey to the boiled and drained pumpkin and blend until you get a smooth cream.
Dissolve 1 packet of gelatin according to packet directions and add it to the mixture.
Stir and distribute into suitable cups. Beat the liquid cream until thickened. Dissolve the 2nd packet of gelatin and add it to the cream.
Stir and distribute into the cups containing the pumpkin mixture. Garnish with sugar pearls and put the cream in the fridge to harden.
