How to cook
Cut the zucchini finely and boil it until cooked in salted water. Once the zucchini is boiled, pour out 2 tbsp (30 ml) of water from the pot and pour the gelatin into that amount while stirring. Leave it aside.
Drain out the zucchini and rinse them with cold water so they cool faster.
Put the cooled zucchini in a bowl and add the finely chopped cucumber, the finely chopped spices, as well as the qatiq and mayonnaise and stir well.
Add the gelatin to thus prepared salad, while stirring well. Put the salad in suitable glasses in the refrigerator for about an hour or in the freezer for half an hour.
Once fully hardened, invert the glasses into plates and serve.
