How to cook
Clean and wash the chicken.
Squeeze out half the juice from the lemon. To the juice add the olive oil and paprika.
Season the chicken with salt and marinate it with the prepared lemon marinade.
Cut the other half of the lemon into slices and put 2-3 of them inside the chicken. Add a little butter as well.
Smear the bottom of the oven dish you intend to bake with the remaining butter.
Arrange 2-3 slices of lemon on top of the chicken, put it in the oven dish and bake until golden in a preheated oven.
